Salary Transparency Report

Explanatory note on the salary transparency report

At VILT, we believe that people are at the center of everything we do. Our commitment is to build an environment where every professional feels valued, respected, and has real opportunities for growth.

In compliance with Brazilian legislation, we are making available the Salary Transparency and Gender Pay Equality Report, prepared by the Ministry of Labor and Employment based on official data sources such as eSocial and RAIS.

In our internal analysis, considering the organization's level structure and the comparison between equivalent roles, we observe a consistent scenario of pay equity between men and women:

  • At the junior level, the median salary is equivalent (100%)
  • At the intermediate level, the median represents approximately 99%
  • At the senior level, there is balance, with a marginal variation (~101%)
  • At the managerial level, women show a higher median, reaching approximately 124% of the male median

These results reinforce that our compensation practices are structured based on objective criteria, such as level of responsibility, role scope, experience, and performance, ensuring consistency and equity among professionals in comparable positions.

The official report presents a consolidated view of the organization, based on broad occupational groupings. In this context, any observed differences primarily reflect the distribution of employees across different seniority levels and do not represent pay differences for equivalent roles.

At VILT, we value diversity as an essential part of our culture and believe that different perspectives drive innovation and strengthen our relationships with clients, partners, and employees. We continuously work to ensure an inclusive environment, with policies and practices grounded in equity, respect, and equal opportunities for all.

We remain committed to the continuous evolution of our practices, promoting transparency, accountability, and a people-first culture — both within and beyond the organization.
