RTB VCM Audit module provides the ability to capture, archive and report on events that occur within VCM systems to reduce the cost, complexity and burden of complying with corporate, legal and regulatory auditing requirements.
RTB VCM Audit provides historical views of creation, view and modification events for individual objects in Site and Channel Lists, Channel and Project Contents, as well as List of Roles.
RTB VCM Audit has two versions:
RTB VCM Audit Basic version, whose user interface is an extension of Vignette Management Console providing the basic auditing information for each VCM object.
RTB VCM Audit Enhanced version, that provides you access to RTB Management Console, a rich web console offering you very powerful Auditing, Reporting and Analytics capabilities, helping your organization to optimize WCM operations by identifying trends and bottlenecks within content models and content creation & approval workflows.
